The novel was inspired by the paintings of Japanese artists シッポ . I love the paintings of シッポ, I saw the word "Crude" when I browsed. My English is not good. I found out that the word has the meaning of "original、raw" adjectives and "crude oil" nouns. Innocently, I thought that the author wrote this word to express "draft". Later, I felt that the Chinese pronunciation (Yuan You) of the word was very cute, so it was used as the protagonist's name. It was only after I noticed the homepage of シッポ today that I found out that "Crude" was actually the name of a character he originally created. シッポ did not blame me, but instead collected my novels, which made me grateful and apologetic.
