#241116 19:10:55 "Fictitious History"
(Abyss Era 2X120s, probably in a dream)
On the balcony Akalty found an orange-red balloon from nowhere, and it somehow changed into a Loofur that looked the same as his dream furry kitty Draxem. He inflated it and found it alive. They became close together in an instant. Then one day when it was helping Akalty with housework, it was punctured by a sharp object and began to lose air, which was not an unusual scene. Once even one of its arms was accidentally popped.
Each time Akalty would fix up the broken parts under great concern - even if that meant he had to battle against his outdated lagging computer to 3D model its arm - and tell the "Draxem" not to follow him when he is busy. After many times of injury, the "Draxem" thought he was totally a useless trouble that took Akalty too much time and energy, so it deflated itself when Akalty went out to work.
When Akalty came back, he was greatly shocked. He reinflated the "Draxem" and asked who had done this, and the "Draxem" told him the truth. He hugged it tightly with tears, imparting on it all his love he'd got for those light and airy balloons, not to mention this cute kitty. After this Incident, Akalty gave the "Draxem" some essential protective equipment and determined to have it accompanying him everywhere he'd go.
Another day, however, a disaster quietly approached. That morning, the "Draxem" was in the place of Akalty's driving when his car got a flat tyre. It quickly braked and wanted to go out of the car, but Akalty held it back, warning that there were pins on the road. Akalty himself got out with an intention to clear up the pins, but was struck by another car that was out of control. The "Draxem" rushed to Akalty, completely ignoring those pins that were nearly lethal to it. Not surprisingly, its feet paws and tail was punctured, and its airosol that served as his blood began to leak at an alarming rate. Soon, like what the tyre had just experienced, it became as flat as a pancake, its consciousness all lost into the atmosphere.
When the police and rescuers arrived at the scene, Akalty was carried onto the ambulance. With a faint breath, he sobbed in grief, pointing at the deflated "Draxem" on the middle of the road, his bloody arm trembling. A nurse hesitated but still took it to Akalty, its furry body covering his human body like a quilt.
They fell asleep.
After what seemed like an eternal night, Akalty woke up in the bed of ICU, only to find the "Draxem" wasn't aside. His heart sank, memories of the tragic accident flooding back. He asked the nurse about his companion, but she only shook her head, offering vague responses about being taken for repairs. Struggling to sit up, he yearned so much to search for his cute kitty, but the pain shot through his body, leaving him almost paralyzed. Just when despair began to flood in, he heard a faint knock on the door. There stood the "Draxem," its mechanical form gleaming with a newfound shine, Its fur so soft and rubbery, having been mysteriously repaired by an unknown benefactor. At the height of joy, Akalty burst into tears. Every day, the "Draxem" would return to visit, purring softly and rubbing its head against Akalty's chest, bringing a smile to his weary face. Finally, with a new prosthetic limb, Akalty was discharged. He carried his revived kitty on the back, running swiftly and nimbly with a silent ecstasy. They headed back home, ready to resume their life together.
They moved forward to their own beat once again, staying close together as determined, until Akalty found an irretrievable sign of oxidation on its body. They were sitting side by side, playing Minecraft and following an online tutorial to create a clay figure, when Akalty noticed cracks forming unexpectedly on the "Draxem's" surface, followed by a leakage of its airosol. Despite Akalty's tries to patch up the cracks and refill the "Draxem," and to give it a new body by 3D modeling, he failed. His trashy computer crashed mid-project. As time went on, the patches grew less effective, and his "Draxem's" life was slipping away. The once vibrant fur began to fade, and its once bright eyes lost their sparkle. Akalty recognized the reality and abandoned resistance. They completed their final Minecraft building together, curling up in each other's embrace for a slumber. The next day, the "Draxem" ceased breathing, reverting to that small orange-red balloon. Beyond Akalty's wildest dream, it was still full of air without getting popped. There, he painted a picture of their last hug, released it into the sky, and bid the final farewell,
"May the Spacet bless you."
......
Years having gone, Akalty, already one of the Earth's planetary defenders, would dream of that distant, misty encounter, over and over again.
Aside was his shadow wolf, Inuno Endo, who always worked as his shield in the extreme dangers, under the space anomalies and distortions.
Yes, a wolf.
He was much, much stronger.
He would not come to harm.
It's just that - he also happens to have such fiery, boiling airosol blood, you say?
A secret yearning deep inside of him, however, kept telling him that it was just right that kitty -
That cutie, cuddly kitty.
